Library Services at Wolford College
Our library is designed to assist the students, faculty, and staff of Wolford College in meeting all their research needs during their time at Wolford. Over 1346 square feet are set aside for the library, providing housing for all our physical materials and seating, tables, computers, printer, and study room for student, faculty, and staff use.
Our library hours are the following:
- Monday and Thursday - 7:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm
Students, faculty, and staff have access to several electronic databases such as OVID, InfoTrac, and ProQuest. Our library subscribes to thousands of ebooks that can be accessed through the library’s LIRN, ebrary, and OVID subscriptions.
In addition to electronic resources, over 2,000 various materials are held in the physical library. To browse the physical collection, please visit our online catalog The WomCat. Students are able to check out books from the collection for thirty (30) days with option of renewal. Late books will have a fine of $0.25 per day.
Our library offers reference assistance and interlibrary loan services to our students free of charge. Membership in SWFLN (Southwest Florida Library and Network), NLM (National Library of Medicine) are held by our library to give students, faculty, and staff access to more information through reciprocal agreements.
